Quickly becoming a Trout Valley tradition, every couple of months we open our doors for Bread at the Mansion.

On select weekend mornings, the ovens are on early, turning out sourdough loaves, focaccia, croissants, and a rotating mix of pastries and sweets. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available, along with a kids’ candy setup and occasional seasonal items like fresh-cut flowers.

To ensure your favorite breads are waiting for you, all orders must be placed through our pre-order form. We are unable to accept orders by email. The form allows us to organize baking quantities and reserve your selections for pickup at the Mansion.
