A full-day, hands-on experience centered around the art of slow food.

Guests will learn to prepare seasonal jam, bake bread, raspberry twist rolls with cream cheese icing and craft cultured herb butter, with time to gather, share, and enjoy the process throughout the day. 

Included in the day…Mansion apron, recipes, two loaves of classic sour dough one made in the bread ovens and one loaf in dutch ovens, a dozen raspberry twist rolls, jars of strawberry lavender jam and two jars of herbed butter.

Chef Sean will prepare a light breakfast, gourmet lunch and wine- paired appetizers in the afternoon.
