Just before Thanksgiving, the Mansion kitchen comes to life for a morning devoted to pie, with warm ovens, well-loved recipes, and time around the worktable.

Join us for coffee, tea, and something warm from the kitchen before settling in for a pastry demonstration and a morning of making pies by hand. We’ll share a few of the techniques and traditions behind a good pie before settling in around the worktable to make our own.

Each guest will make two pies by hand to take home for the Thanksgiving table.
